Taking employee health seriously

Even before the pandemic, well-being was becoming increasingly important for leaders. How are my people doing? What builds resilience and what leads to burnout? And above all: how can I help?

As we navigate a new working world, these questions have only become more urgent. 

 

In an Autumn 2020 study by Harvard Business Review, 85% of people surveyed said that their wellbeing had declined during the pandemic.

If that review was poignant back then how much more so now as we navigate a world of hybrid working. Employees are either excited, nervous, or at the very least anxious about returning to the office, but we can make it a smoother experience if we look at how they have been affected over the last couple of years, and take those concerns seriously.

We’ve spent years working with leaders on how to develop their effectiveness and self-awareness. And we’ve thought long and hard about how to bring that balanced outlook to more aspects of our lives.

 

The result is 'Rejuvenation Day' – a well-being program for the way we work now. This program can be completely tailored to suit your company's needs and budgets. From full-day programs to one-hour sessions, our Mental Fitness Coach and Professional Therapist can either come to your office or work with your employees online.

Both of the 'rejuvenators' have been on specific Mental Health First Aider courses as well as being experts in their respective fields.
